Round 3 - Essendon v Carlton
Saturday April 5th at the MCG

If you were listening to SEN on Thursday April 3rd, you would have heard 'The Hollywood' Corporate Suite being auctioned for the Essendon v Carlton clash.
Top Shelf Management donated 'The Hollywood Suite' with all proceeds being donated to the Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation.
The successful bidder and his guests enjoyed an actioned packed match, along with fine foods and beverages. The sum of $5100 was proudly donated to the Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation, who is committed to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes.

ALL STAR'S MATCH
The AFL have revealed plans for a one-off all-star match featuring the Jonathan Brown Hall of Fame Tribute Matchleague's best players as part of the 150-year anniversary celebrations for Australian football.  The match, dubbed the  "Hall of Fame Tribute Match", will see Victoria clash with a best-of-the-rest "Dream Team" on Saturday May 10 at the MCG.
Geelong's 2007 premiership coach Mark Thompson will guide the Victorian team, with former long-time Essendon mentor Kevin Sheedy as his assistant. 
Port Adelaide coach Mark Williams will be in charge of the Dream Team, alongside ex-Melbourne coach Neale Daniher.
Corporate suites are now available for this match attracting a 'rental' fee of $ 1000+GST.  Suites accommodate 14  guests, and includes two (2) car parking passes. Catering can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Retired patrons enjoy the 'Hollywood' atmosphere!
Pascoe Vale Gardens Retirement Village enjoyed the Hollywood Suite for the Rd 3 Richmond v Collingwood  and Rd 5 Melbourne v Carlton matches. As these games were available two weeks prior, Ron Kirwan kindly donated the suite along with afternoon tea to these eager footballer followers.

Featuring - 'Ron's Super Suites'
The April issue of the Telstra Dome's Focus magazine, featured Top Shelf Management Director, Ron Kirwan and our Sporting and History Suites at Telstra Dome. The article focused on the wonderful collection of memorabilia in both suites comprising of over 200 items. Ron purchased Telstra Dome's first corporate suite and is quick to point out that his very first cheque was framed and is on display in the Chief Executive's office.

Melbourne Victory vs. Juventus
TELSTRA DOME
Friday 30th May, 2008


Telstra Dome have confirmed that they will host the Melbourne Victory vs. Italian Series A club Juventus on Friday May 30th, with Juventus expected to bring their star-studded squad.
This game is expected to be a sell-out and is the final stop for Juventus in their off-season Asian tour.
The most successful club in Italian football have confirmed that they will bring their best players minus those involved in the up-coming Euro 2008. Juventus will be captained by World Cup Winner and super-star, Alessandro Del Piero. Other European stars expected to make the trip down-under include David Trézéguet, and Pavel Nedved.
Juventus last visited our shores in 1984 when they played the Socceroos in a 1-1 draw at the MCG.

2008 AFL Grand Final Week

The 2008 AFL Grand Final Week will once again host some supurb events. The  AFL Coaches Association Awards dinner in 2007, attracted over 300 guests, including past and present AFL Coaches, who enjoyed a night of prestige and interesting conversation. 
The Hilton Brownlow Medal night also in 2007, welcomed a sizable crowd who enjoyed the entertainment and watched, on the big screens, the Brownlow Medal count live from the Palladium at Crown.
